A business plan represents all aspects of business planning process declaring vision and strategy alongside sub-plans to cover marketing, finance, operations, human resources as well as a legal plan, when required. A business plan is a summary of those disciplinary plans.
|When is it suitable/applicable?||A business plan is needed because it provides specific and organized information about a company. It shows all of the business associates (bankers, lenders, partners etc.) what the business idea is exactly, borrowed money will be repaid, and helps to plan in detail all of the steps a company will take now and in the future. A business plan is a crucial part of any loan application. Additionally, it informs sales personnel, suppliers, and others about the companies’ operations and goals.|
