DescriptionThis is pilot experimental unit having frame and cylindrical vessel with two lids. Inner parts of the vessel are made from the stainless steel. Pressure transmitting fluid is drinking water. Vessel volume is 2 litres. The unit is driven by electrical motor having the power 7.5 kW. Principle of the high pressure treatment is based on placement of samples in high pressure vessel filled with water. Then the vessel is closed and other water is pumped by high pressure pump (multiplicator) into the vessel till the pressure reaches the predicted value. High pressure sensor and control system watch the pressure level. When pressure decrease under prescribed level, the high pressure pump is switched on and pressure increased to requested level.
